These terms govern the use of adestatecr.com and the hiring of AdEstate Costa Rica’s services. By using the site or hiring a service, you accept these terms.
1. The service
AdEstate Costa Rica offers fully managed real estate advertising for agents, brokerages and developers: Meta campaigns (Facebook and Instagram), photo and video production, and individual web pages for each property or unit in broker mode. The scope of each plan is described in Plans and Pricing or in the proposal accepted by the client.
2. Prices and payments
- Prices are in US dollars and do not include VAT (IVA). When an electronic invoice is issued, 13% VAT is added.
- Plans are monthly with no minimum commitment. Payment frequency and dates are agreed with each client.
- If a payment is late, AdEstate may pause the service until the account is brought up to date.
- Custom quotes are governed by the conditions of the accepted proposal.
3. Ad budget
The ad budget is paid by the client directly to Meta and is not part of AdEstate’s fee. The recommended amounts are a reference.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information about their properties or units.
- Have the owner’s authorization to film, photograph and publish each property or unit.
- Provide access to the property on the agreed date and time.
- Respond to buyers’ messages, which arrive directly on their WhatsApp.
- Guarantee that the material they provide to AdEstate (photos, texts, logos) belongs to them or that they have permission to use it.
5. Shoots
Shoot dates are coordinated in writing. If the client cancels or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice, or the shoot cannot take place due to lack of access or another cause attributable to the client, a US$25 travel fee is charged and the shoot is rescheduled.
6. Content and intellectual property
AdEstate retains the rights to the photos, videos and designs it produces. The client may use the delivered material to promote their properties or units in any medium. AdEstate may show that material on its site, its social media and its portfolio.
7. Meta ads
Ads are subject to Meta’s policies and approval. AdEstate does not control ad rejections, platform changes or auction costs.
8. Results
We do not guarantee a number of leads, appointments or sales. Results depend on the market, the price and features of each property and the attention the client gives to buyers. Results from past cases do not guarantee future results. The figures in the ROI Calculator are illustrative.
9. Limitation of liability
AdEstate is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, or for failures or outages of third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp or hosting providers. AdEstate’s total liability to a client is limited to the amount that client paid for the service in the month in which the event occurred.
10. Use of the site
The content of adestatecr.com (texts, images, videos, brand and design) belongs to AdEstate Costa Rica or is used with permission. It may not be copied or reused without written authorization.
11. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will first be resolved through direct negotiation and, if that is not possible, before the courts of Costa Rica.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
